C & P ladder 5 (1,2,3,4,5) w/14kg

BU cleans 5L/5R x3 (14kg)

TGU 3L/3R (12kg on L/ 14kg on R)

Stretch and done........a little sore from yesterday's work-out.....Thanks Amy! : (
