Great things are coming ! ! !

It really is amazing how the web, not to mention blog-sites can bring people together. Since getting back from the RKC, I have been in contact with 2 fantastic people who practice KB's and have the same thoughts as myself. Mainly there is no real venue in the Cleveland area that promotes KB's or brings people together to practice & share their love for this "all in one" fitness tool. Sure there are classes here and there at a couple local fitness centers. But the closest dedicated KB gyms are in Medina and Chagrin Falls. We need something closer........

So we have collaboratively created CKC.......CLEVELAND KETTLEBELL CLUB! Actually this was the brainchild of Todd and Matt (please check out the links to their blog's on the left side of my webpage) ........they just asked me if I was intersted in being a part of the start. How could I say no to such a wonderful opportunity!! The purpose of the Club is to get local KB enthusiasts together for training, knowledge transfer, and just to hang out with people that have the same interests. Everyone is welcome from beginner to advanced practitioner. This will be a fun club.......free of charge. We will meet to exchange ideas and share a workout at least once a month. East-sider or West-sider we will be varying the locations as we go. Everyone is welcome!
