FRIDAY TRAINING

Friday turned out to be a crazy day. My husband & I were going away for the weekend with friend's to celebrate their anniversary. So needless to say we had to get the kids packed and off to Nana & Pompa's, make sure we were packed and had our supplies (food & beverage) for the weekend, do a last minute check of e-mails and close the house up.

Fortunately I made time for a short work-out before we left:


Swings on the minute:

30 - R arm swings (12kg)
25 - R arm swings (16kg)
15 - R arm swings (20kg)
x 5

(It went fast, but by the end of the 3rd set my arm was getting smoked. So after the 3rd set I rested an additional 30 sec...then finished it up....I had to hit the road)!
