TUESDAY - work-out

Back in Sept at the RKC cert I had pre-ordered the DVD by Lauren Brooks. It had been on back order and finally arrived on Monday so I decided to go ahead and do the follow-along. Started with her JM and then went on to the 12 minute Fat Blast. Some combo exercises swings, cleans, squats and rows. 12 minutes didn't feel like much, so I went on to complete the Sculpt and Conditioning. These were different circuits repeated 3 times, some body weight exercises. I used my 16kg and didn't feel as though I was very challenged. Perhaps I need to go heavier? Maybe. But I think I expected something more. Did some stretches and called it a night.
